Gus started Form 53 back in 2021 just after his graduation. He found his passion for design at Massey University of Wellington, where he completed his degree with First Class Honours in Industrial Design, and became a Massey Scholar.

Gus enjoys making the most of New Zealands great outdoors. From mountain biking to snow and water skiing, he enjoys seeking inspiration from wherever he can.

You’ll usually Gus out on the road, on his way to a gig, or out for a gin and bite to eat with friends.

Gabby has been with us since the beginning. Gabby has elevated Gus’s ideas into sleek, modern brand aesthetics to use across all of our marketing materials. From our online visuals and catalogues to our beautiful photo books, Gabby’s the woman to thank! She’s a whiz on everything Adobe and has a beautiful sense of style and balance. She’s a ball of energy who’s always keen for a bit of office banter!

Gabby brings over 10 years of design experience to the table. After travelling and fine-tuning her skills designing for a variety of real estate companies, we feel so lucky to have such an experienced and creative designer on our team.

Zac Davis

Workshop Labourer

Zac assists Gus in the Form 53 workshop, and we couldn’t be happier to have him on board.

When Zac isn’t busy with school or being social, he’s in the workshop helping to produce our products from start to finish, and enjoys seeing a great end result. Since joining us, Zac has already gained a wealth of knowledge and learned various techniques.

With a keen eye for design and attention to detail, he’s been an invaluable asset in the production of our designs. We’re confident he’ll become a pro at crafting our Conic Pendant, his favourite design from our range.
